Dylan Dog first debuted in Italy in 1986 and since then, every release under the same title has continued to captivate the audiences all over the world. The good thing is that the latest debacle is hitting the theaters of the US on 29th April 2011. It is already sizzling and people cannot wait for it. The good thing is that the comic character that you love so much is back. The private investigator who says that he only investigates the undead, yet has a supernatural eye and can solve even the trickiest mysteries is this time sent from London to New Orleans, hot on the trail of a stolen artifact.
There is a beautiful heiress in the picture, and then the ruthless monsters of the backstreets of New Orleans. The monsters know no wit and therefore it culminates into a battle when investigator Dylan (Brandon Routh) hits the streets of New Orleans in his trademark signature black leather jacket, blue jeans and red shirt. If you thought the Cemetery Man was great, you should just watch the Dead of Night and you will never regret it. What will the nightmare investigator unearth this time round? You just have to be in the theater on 29th April to know what transpires.
Even in bad weather, he never wears an overcoat. He never carries an umbrella even when it rains because he believes that the umbrella is the useless invention of all time. Will the edgy wit of this penniless nightmare investigator help him in any way in the backstreets of New Orleans? As the bad and the ugly conspire against him, he must hold his own ground against the monsters of New Orleans.
If you have never seen an investigator who specializes in the supernatural, then this is the most bizarre movie that you will ever watch. You will love it a great deal but do not blame anyone if you have nightmares.
